On 28Dec16 I paid for a adjustable bed 2800.00 which was suppose to be delivered on 1/1/2017. A day before they called me to say they where having a problem with the delivery company and I would receive my bed on 1/7/2017.
They did arrive on that date but did not have my adjustable frame and remote. The driver cancelled my delivery and took the mattress back to the warehouse. I called the store and they assigned a new date of 1/14/2017 and they never called or showed up. I paid for a complete bed not a partial one.
They are now saying that it is my fault for not accepting a partial delivery. They say they cannot find my bed now.
How can a company survive doing this. I will not use your company again and will tell all my friends about this situation and stay away.
