We purchased an expensive mattress, was comforted by their 90 days sleep guarantee, which is why we bit the bullet and spent the money. We knew immediately the mattress was too firm, and went back after 60 days to try another mattress and return the one we had.

We ordered a more expensive mattress, and when the team arrived, carefully inspecting every inch of the mattress, which by the way, we had covered with an expensive Mattress pad, was told the "tag was missing"! Now, we NEVER touched the tag, and it was next to another, but mysteriously the legal tag seemed to be "ripped off". When the mattress arrived, i never inspected the "tag", as i was looking at the mattress to ensure it wasn't damaged. They told us they couldn't return it, and we have to work it out with their corporate office!

Interestingly, the delivery driver told us the bed we had was one that was often returned! I find it very curious that the tag appears ripped off, and wonder if this is a common practice of Mattress Firm?

Have same issue I'm currently dealing with however, at time of delivery I noticed this and immediately alerted drive er and marked their delivery form with comments. Bed was carried into my home in an opened bag which quickly alerted me! I disputed with CC company and am waiting for a corporate executive agent to call me.

Thank You for this information who would think to check for the larval to be in place at delivery. Sorry this happened to you.
