Wrestled with a saggy mattress for a year. First inspection results not helpful.
Finally 2 weeks ago after a friend said the mattress was like sleeping on a hammock... that gave me a second wind to return to Mattress Firm in pursuit of an exchange. I really would have liked a refund but an exchange sounded fair.
It took speaking to the Supervisor of a Supervisor to get good results. Before that my respectfully firmly stated... my requested were denied. Repeatedly I was told about company policy... what I wanted wasn't in the system... But I was not happy with the System!
A very pleasant Supervisor agreed to a second inspection... waived the inspection fee, offered an equal replacement and if I wanted a better mattress... gave a 15% discount towards the new mattress. The gracious salesman, to make up for my inconvenience gave me a superior king mattress
My issue has been resolved. Great new mattress was delivered.. worth double the price paying only $9.90 for CT state tax!
