I bought 2 mattress and 1 frame several months ago, I returned the frame the same delivery day, I contacted them and their financial company several times, and paid for the mattresses, they are still charging me for the frame and calling me, the store manager is never there to resolve the issue, they said my credit will be affected, but i am not responsible for that, why if progressive company and mattress firm have an agreement, they are still contacting me??? I contacted the store and leasing company several times, the manager never returns the phone calls. I will not pay for it, and i will report to consumer abuse hot line.
