Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After many phone calls, emails and texts Mattress Firm offered to replace the mattress free.
Within 2 days, he found he couldn't sleep on the mattress, so he called them, and they refused to replace the mattress. We called the store repeatedly, as well as contacted the home office marketing manager. We were told they could not do anything, supposedly the mattress was stained, which it's not, and therefore, couldn't be replaced.
We asked the store manager to personally inspect the mattress, and they refused. Now, we're stuck with an expensive investment and cannot use the bed.

I'm 69 years old and the process of the warranty is not a proper one for my age and the response is worst. I have been dealing with this process over a month now. And no results they keep asking for more pictures that I already sent.

No one called me I want to order a box spring need to call me right away because the mattress is being delivered tomorrow and nobodys calling me back. Tried five times with the chat.

Try &sell beds you can actually sleep on.My God!!Worst mattress of my life.So unhappy i returned first bed within a week 1.st bed was a foam type in a box had an awful smell to it.I sank in immediately, couldn't turn over on my side or stomach woke up with cramps in my legs sore neck just cause so much pain.Bed #2-beauty rest.was
More traditional bed.Was used. Off the floor they say also had a large tear underneath I only noticed when they came back for the bed a week later, and since I couldn't lift the mattress I hadn't noticed that hole damaged good's It was hard as a rock woke with worse pains than before hated even going to bed at night wasn't able to sleep on
My side or stomach or back a nightmare and I felt robbed because I had to pay $400.00 more for that bed a Used Bed.So salesmen gave me one more chance one last exchange these mattresses come in an open plastic bag and look like you can buy them off the street.This One bed #3 was a Beauty rest firm nothing" beauty about it, but what can I do this it.
Bed is a firm stiff as a board.& Not worth 2000+ 400.00 I can lie the floor and it feels just the same. So disappointed an so sad.I will never ever buy from Mattress Firm.
Ever Again!!now I'll have to look for another bed because you know they think Just because u try these beds in the showroom for few minutes that that's enough time to know this bed will wk for you.If a person can't even sleep on this bed one night or a week. It's not a good Bed.

The absolute worst company. We bought 5 mattresses and spent a significant amount of money.
We decided we wanted to exchange two of them because they were too hard. They told us we had to wait 30 days to return them since that is there policy of sleeping on it before you return it. After 2 nights of little sleep, I switched the mattress with another one in my house that was softer, we waited 30 days and when they came to pick them up, one of the mattresses had a feint handprint on it from when they moved it into the house, they said they can't take it back. I quickly used a dry towel and got the handprint off.
The pickup person, said he had already taken a photo of it and can't take it back.
It seems like there outsourced company is responsible for the cost if it has a handprint (So they say). That's all, an awful experience.

I was sexually harassed at the 87th and Lex location by a store associate. When I wrote a review about this, the store manager, Bill *** called me to bribe me into taking down the review.
I felt bad and took down the review. He is a really bad man and should be punished, as should Chauncey, the associate. I was also ripped off several times (in every place they could) and lied to for the company's best interests, not mine.
To follow up, representative Melissa Paul reached out regarding my review to 'fix the problem' and told me I was out of luck as well. Mattress Firm, please reach out to me.

Assoc. was ultra helpful when I was going to buy it. After..when I called to use the guaranty they said it was 200.00 for pick up and return and I would be left with some 100+ only in refund so I just closed the matter and kept the damned mattress...My lower back is killing me and the mattress is getting worse everyday.
What a disgrace of a company..will never get even close to it. Pure absolute dissapointment.Find another company.

The Denver NC store is close at several hours.
I wanted to purchase a Mattress yesterday, went to the store, and it was closed. I arrived at 5:20 6/14 Friday evening.
This is the second time I have been to this store during business hours, and it was closed. They don't seem to honor their business hours.

So upon trying to reach out to the company again I got this lovely auto reply email that states for me to refer to my previous email because my case is closed. No chance of any type of resolution is obviously what they are telling me.
I hope my experience saves someone alot of money and frustration from dealing with this company. Hands down has to he the worst company I've ever dealt with and the worst at upholding any kind of customer service and warranty.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NONE.

Next time read the "small print" BEFORE you make the purchase. Lesson learned.
Yes spot on. Unfortunately my husband purchased the bed while I was out of town and I couldn't do anything about it.
So I think the lesson learned is ALWAYS listen to your wife.
