Run or keep driving past.. I purchase above March 2015 paid $2000 for new mattress & box spring..

Jan of this year after returning 2 comforters that I thought were bunching in the middle found out it was the mattress sagging on both sides.. Warranty no worth the paper its written on.. you have to pay for them to come inspect their product $39.95.. tell me I had to buy extra support new mattress are heavier than old ones..

I did that still not replacing this worthless mattress that is at 101 1/4 depth because their "warranty" says it needs to sag 101 1/2,, ..

I would add the photos but I cant upload them.. I had my old mattress a Serta for 17 years and didnt have this sagging ..

Review about: Simmons Bedding Company Beautyrest Firm Mattress.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Being ripped off.

The warranty criteria is set by the MANUFACTURER and -not- the retailer.

Warranty does not insure comfort only defect which requires minimum of 1 1/2 inch of visible impression.

Purchasers also have the option of going directly to the manufacture to file a warranty claim.

The administrative fee is customary and normal.

Try returning a purchase from Amazon and at minimum you are required to pay postage.
